**Role Overview**:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Digital Marketing: Implement and optimise digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, PPC and social media advertising.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Social Media Insights. Generate reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Provide regular reports to key divisional management and stakeholders.
- Brand management: Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels. Project management, including budget management, task prioritisation and time management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, product development and design to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Collaborate internally to deliver sector-based campaigns, ensuring they meet sector and business needs, brand and strategic objectives.
- Budget management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenditure.
- Event coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, excellent communication and writing skills, and a creative mindset.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to optimise marketing performance.
- Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and emerging trends in the marketing landscape.
