We are seeking a motivated and organised Graduate to join our friendly and collaborative People & Culture (P&C) team as a P&C Assistant. This is a newly created role where you will provide crucial support in various HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding and offboarding, reporting and administrative tasks.
- To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you are looking to pursue a career in HR, this is a generalist role that will provide opportunities for growth and development.**Some tasks you will be responsible for**:
- Assist in coordinating our Graduate and Vacationer recruitment and training programs.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Monitoring the team inbox and responding to queries from employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate and up to date data and produce regular and ad-hoc reporting as required.
**About you**:
- A qualification in HR Management or a related field
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.

- This role will be based in our Melbourne CBD office with flexible working in line with our hybrid working policy.
- This position is only open to those who hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
