**Your new role**

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for scheduling technicians across Brisbane, while providing high service to the company's clients. This will include, but is not limited to:

- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, building strong working relationships
- Develop an understanding of the various services provided to effectively quote, invoice and answer queries
- Schedule technicians and plan routes to ensure efficient travel time
- Ordering materials and ensuring technicians have all necessary materials for their scheduled jobs
- Document management
- General ad hoc administration duties

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your experience as a Scheduler will be highly beneficial, as well as;
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Multitasking and prioritising skills
