HammondCare provides care primarily through hospitals, residential care homes and home-based care as well as services for dementia support, community palliative care, rehabilitation, positive aging and older persons’ mental health.
**About the role**
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the delivery of successful, integrated marketing programs and campaigns to support the business goals for our home care portfolio and aligned to our Mission.
The role is part of a diverse, high-performing Marketing team, which consists of marketing, internal communications, media and public affairs, and events, plus an in-house studio with design,content creators and digital specialists. The role will deliver best practice marketing activity to drive brand reputation and revenue growth.
- This is permanent full-time role based a St Leonards with some working from home flexibility._
**Key Responsibilities include**
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to our Mission and optimised to achieve business objectives
- Assist with refining internal marketing processes and finding efficient ways to maximise outputs.
- Use analytics and insights to inform performance and optimise marketing activity, sharing regular campaign and project reports with key stakeholders.
- Work across a variety of operational and service delivery teams, to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, events and promotional resources
- Write effective briefs to our internal design, content and digital team, and external agency partners
- Establish and conduct effective relationship management across internal and external partners and business stakeholders to deliver business, marketing, and organisational goals
- Deliver efficient project management - on time, to budget with appropriate communications to keep all stakeholders aware of progress, changes, and developments.
- Reviews and proof read written and brand content; along with data refinement and analysis.
- Discover new and exciting ways to engage our internal and external audiences
- Contribute to and uphold the reputation of the marketing team as a knowledgeable, collaborative and highly valued business partner
**About you**
- Tertiary qualified, ideally with a major in Marketing or Communications
- 4 years’ or more experience in design and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in an NFP context (both B2B and B2C)
- Proven digital marketing experience across multiple channels, including inbound marketing, direct response campaigns, content driven campaigns, SEM, SEO, display, paid social, and landing page optimisation and good understanding of analytics and reporting
- Proven content marketing experience and ability to develop and execute multi-channel content plans
- Proven project and budget management experience with strong attention to detail
- A strategic outlook, able to align marketing activity to strategic business objectives
- A good understanding of web and digital asset design, including UX/CX.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to manage relationships and provide timely and effective communication updates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team administrative experience including finance management, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
