**Position overview**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience needs to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Develop high-quality, relevant content that resonates with our target audiences, such as blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and product information.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials, working with graphic designers to create impactful visuals.
- Support and manage events such as trade shows, client presentations, and promotional events to enhance Freemen Nutra’s brand presence in the market.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance to optimize future efforts and provide insights into areas for growth.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of consumer data, including demographic details, purchasing behaviors, seasonal trends, and preferences across product categories.
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive within the industry.
- Recommend efficient and effective distribution channels to ensure products reach target markets in a timely manner.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Master's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the B2B space or a related industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in the food and beverage or nutrition industries is a plus
- Mandarin speaking is advantageous

The position is based in the Sydney Office and is full time with an _**immediate**_ start.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
