**About us**
HammondCare is a not-for-profit, values-based organisation that is passionate about improving the quality of care for people in need. As one of Australia’s most innovative health and aged care providers, we aim to set the global standard of relationship-based care for people with complex needs. HammondCare provides care primarily through hospitals, residential care homes and home-based care as well as services for dementia support, community palliative care, rehabilitation, positive aging, and older people’s mental health.
Dementia Support Australia is a nationwide service funded by the Australian Government and led by HammondCare which provides evidence-based 24/7 support to those living with dementia.
**About the role**
Reporting to the DSA Marketing Manager and working closely with the DSA Marketing Specialist, you’ll get the opportunity to work with the wider marketing and key stakeholders to achieve DSA’s goal to raise brand awareness and deliver support to carers of people living with dementia in all settings.
**_ This is an entry level role working 3 days per week within a dynamic marketing team consisting of marketing, communications, and digital specialists, plus an in-house studio with design and content creators. _**
**Key Responsibilities include**
- Collaborate with a team of skilled marketing, communications, and digital experts.
- Execute creative marketing strategies, programs, campaigns and ad-hoc requests for DSA that drive real-world outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic planning and the development of compelling assets.
- Dive into data analytics to optimise campaigns and enhance results.
- Engage with stakeholders to align organisational and marketing goals.
- Manage projects, communicate milestones, and maintain budgets.
- Enhance customer experience through content creation and social media management.
- Support the team's operations, including budget management.
**About You**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- Currently in your final year or completed a Marketing, Communications, or Business Degree (with a marketing/communications major)
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing and how to leverage for impact
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to understand data and make recommendations to inform planning
- An energetic, proactive, and collaborative team player
- An analytical, problem-solver with good decision-making skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and experience with marketing automation platforms and design programs a bonus
- An empathetic and compassionate person who has a heart for Australians in need
