**Job Title**: Male Support Worker (Turkish-speaking, Muslim Community Support)**About Us**

**Mental Health Positivity** is a registered NDIS provider operating since 2021. We are dedicated to delivering culturally respectful, person-centred support services that empower participants to live fulfilling and independent lives.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a **male support worker**, ideally **Muslim and Turkish-speaking**, to assist an NDIS participant with community access, attending mosque, daily life, and engaging in cultural and social activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide safe, respectful, and culturally appropriate support.
- Assist with transport to mosque, community events, and social outings.
- Support with daily life as required (personal care, routines, household tasks).
- Encourage independence while supporting wellbeing.
- Build a positive and supportive relationship with the participant.

**Requirements**:

- Male, preferably Muslim, with Turkish language skills.
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in disability, mental health, or community support highly valued.
