**About this Opportunity**

The opportunity to work in a fun environment. The role is based in South Brisbane and reports to the Field Sales Support Team Lead. The main focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the QLD Field Sales and Account Management teams.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Processing of customer forms and associated paperwork including pricing
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Coordinating domestic travel bookings
- Expense management
- Head-Office rebate set up and processing
- Sales Reporting and general reports as requested
- Processing customer claims
- GoFormz Creation and Reporting
- General office duties including supply management, laminating, photocopying, mail outs
- Various other administrative and supportive duties as required including events

To be successful in this role you must have:

- High attention to detail and be highly organised
- A friendly and supportive attitude toward your role and ability to work with a large team
- Great people skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organisation
- 2+ years of previous administrative experience working with a Management Team
- Extremely well-organized and able to multi-task, juggle workloads and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in SAP and/or Salesforce would be held in high regard
- Proficient in analysing and understanding data
- Shows great initiative
