If you have a keen eye for detail, love organising routine inspections, and excel in fast-paced settings, this opportunity is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough routine inspections of rental properties
- Prepare detailed entry and exit condition reports
- Manage scheduling tasks efficiently, coordinating property inspections and other essential activities.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients to facilitate property access and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with general administrative duties to enhance team productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Real Estate Certificate with a genuine passion for the industry.
- Previous experience in real estate is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant scheduling software and other tech tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
