**Human Resources Manager - OracleCMS**

The individual will be responsible for the arrangement of staff recruitment and coordinate the human resource and workplace relations activities within our Company.

**Tasks & Responsibilities Include**:

- Prepare onboarding for new employees, ensure their documents and contacts are organised in a timely manner with accuracy
- Ensure company policy, process and practices are applied consistently across the business
- Create job vacancy information from employers such as job description wages and conditions of employment
- Assist with HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee recognition programs, and policy and procedure reviews.
- Develop, implement and review Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure they are relevant, contemporary, easy to navigate, and in line with legislative and organisational requirements
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with all national legislation and guidelines
- Implementing new processes and procedures to benefit the workplace
- Establishing documentation production and quality workplace relationships

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Customer Service sector.
- Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.

This position is available for someone who is wanting to build a long-term HR career path in the Customer Service sector.

Our company requires someone with well-developed administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload.
