About us:
Ruby Dining Room Melbourne is the newest establishment from The Operator Group, an established hospitlaity group with a long-standing history in the industry. Ruby Dining Room is a European x New York inspired Brasserie housed within the Adina complex in Melbourne. We are an amalgamation of personal, meaningful dining experiences strongly inspired by our heritage.

What you'll bring:

- The ability to deliver a high standard of service and professionalism on a day-to-day basis
- Previous experience in a high quality, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Part / Full-time availability
- Reliable and organised, you’ll be an integral member of the venue's team, ready to lend wherever needed
- A passion for food, wine & genuine hospitality
- An eye for detail and a hunger for knowledge to work within a smaller team
- You love the thrill of a busy restaurant/bar and want to create remarkable experiences for guests

We are searching for driven industry professionals to join our team at Ruby Dining Melbourne with opportunities available for section waiters with relevant experience. Work within a small, supportive team who share a commitment to quality in food, wine and service.
