Melbourne, Australia Grossi Restaurants Full time

An opportunity to obtain a front of house position with career progression in renowned venue with excellent remuneration.

Successful applicants should have a minimum of 3 years front of house experience, be able to deliver genuine hospitality and positively contribute to the team.

Venues include Grossi Florentino, Ombra and Arlechin

The Grossi family has a 3 generation history in quality dining in Melbourne Australia.

Our Venue kitchens focus on quality driven produce, strong Italian heritage and value cohesion between front and back of house.

Our focus is on continuously reaching greater levels of guest experiences. Our team members work in excellent conditions and can expect to be in an environment that promotes the development of skills, knowledge and career advancement.

You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of exceptional customer service, preparing cocktails and beverage service, reporting to managers, maintaining guest information, product development. You will need to ensure the highest level of consistency and care of the venue/section and work well within the back of house and front of house team to ensure cohesion, effective communication and that all food and service is delivered at the highest standards.
