**The role**: Lead, manage and mentor a dynamic and motivated team at a strategic and operational level in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems to achieve defined service levels. Key Responsibilities include:

- Analyse performance results, and recommend and implement improvements, to meet defined service levels
- Manage the team's budget, including developing and contributing to funding strategies and budget submissions.

- Ability to lead, manage and mentor a team at strategic and operational levels in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems to achieve defined service levels
- Extensive expert knowledge of current and emerging technologies / innovation and the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the integration opportunities within a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / change / release management
- Experience in negotiating and managing contracts and service level agreements with emphasis on a strong customer focus
- Well-developed management skills, interpersonal, written and oral communication and knowledge including high level ability in the areas of planning, managing resources, budget preparation, financial costing / modelling and financial management.

This role will require participation in on-call arrangements.
