**Company Description**:
As the APAC People Operations Lead, you will have an exciting opportunity to define and deliver high-class HR Operations, helping drive the growth of Publicis Sapient.
Reporting to the Director of International People Operations and partnering closely with the APAC People lead, you will be responsible for overseeing HR Operations across Australia, Singapore, and Thailand. Your role will involve leading a team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance and a great people experience through policies.
We are seeking a proven HR Operations lead, who can learn fast and deliver impact in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversees HR Operations in Australia, Singapore, and Thailand.
- Lead key strategic projects on policy areas to ensure compliance and people experience.
- Be responsible for a broad service catalogue - including onboarding, Exits, people policies, payroll inputs, leave management, data analysis, mobility, and compliance.
- Drive continual improvement and handle escalations in a calm and timely manner.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the HR Operations teams, fostering a high performance culture that upholds our Core Values and purpose.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including People Business Partners, across the organization.
- Contribute as part of the International and Global Leadership structure, leveraging the power of the global team.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on operations.
- Strong alignment with our core values.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for leading teams.
- Proven ability to drive change in a global, matrix-structured environment.
- Ability to learn fast and deliver impact in a new environment.
- Creative, structured and determined problem-solving ability.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with exceptional operational delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A leader who is also a collaborative team member, willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet both people and business goals.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data into insights and solutions.
