**APAC Design Lead**

**Design Lead role**
We are currently on the lookout for a world-class Design Lead to take us forward into the future as we continue the development of all design-related aspects of our work, working hand-in-hand with our architectural and interior design teams.

Our future Design Lead will:

- Influence the design culture and encourage team members to pursue design-based solutions.
- Naturally coach, mentor and develop our next generation of designers.
- Instill a culture where great ideas can come from anyone at any time.
- Undertake design reviews and highlight potential improvements.
- Work closely with our project design teams in a lead role to provide key design aspects and direction.
- Work closely with our sustainability team to implement holistic design processes.
- Create and implement guidelines for clearer understanding and easier compliance.
- Encourage physical pin-ups of projects so each office is engaged.
- Review usage of current platforms (3D and graphic) to improve workflows.

While this role is an APAC role, with regular travel required, we would ideally like for the incumbent to be* located in either our Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne offices.*

This role will work alongside our design teams to positively influence and guide the Populous design direction. This role will also work closely with our APAC Directors, ensuring this role is positioned at a senior level within the company.
