**Your Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Receptionist to join our team.

You will be working 7.5 hours per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during business hours.

As the first point of contact, you will be 'Our Clients Best Partner', delivering excellent customer service in all areas of the role, listed below.
- Meeting and greeting clients and staff and providing them with a highly professional experience
- Manage room booking system
- Monitor and action room bookings, catering, audio visual requests
- Assist on national switchboard
- Assist clients, visitors and stakeholders in a composed and solution-focussed approach
- Please note that as part of this recruitment process MinterEllison will utilise video interviewing software._

**More About You**

We welcome applicant who have 1-5 years previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.

It is highly desirable to possess the following attributes:

- Articulate, immaculately presented (clothing allowance provided) and possess a professional manner.
- intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential
- previous experience with a room bookings or reservations tool such as Condecco, EMS, Trimble.
- AV & Switchboard Support
- ability to adapt and be flexible to meet changing requirements and needs
- ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative team environment
