**The Role**

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Receptionist role will be one of the first points of contact for staff and visitors to ABN’s Leederville office.

As part of our Reception and Concierge team you will be greeting customers and ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed with a customer-focussed, respectful and professional approach.

**The successful applicant must be available to work on Wednesday evenings and weekends.**

Your responsibilities will include but not limit you to:

- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Answer and redirect calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Management of meeting rooms and common areas
- General administration and office duties as required

**You**
- Experience working in a corporate receptionist role (advantageous but no essential)
- Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including Executives
- Excellent communication skills, including an outstanding telephone manner
- Excellent time management
- Good computer/data entry skills and a strong eye for detail
- A passion for customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation
