Receptionist required for an immediate start in the Perth CBD Ongoing role with a dynamic construction company.

**The Company**

Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the Construction industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a Receptionist to join the CBD team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Receptionist superstar to help with documentation, queries and general administration. Please note this role requires an immediate start, with the view to go into a permanent opportunity in the future.

**The Role**

Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as an office star, with your key responsibilities including:

- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)
- Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms
- Ensuring common areas are set up for visits, and kept tidy after use
- Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
- Possibly undertaking accounting responsibilities, data entry and general adhoc duties.
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Assisting with mail as required
- Printing and filing media articles.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong customer service experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You are someone who takes care in presenting themselves well and is a welcoming natured individual ensuring fantastic customer service is always at the top of your priority. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to be inspired to take on additional responsibilities where required by the business.
