**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle - from tender preparation and supplier selection through to performance reviews, contract governance, and supporting strategic sourcing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of the business.

**Your day to day**:

- Prepare and manage Requests for Tender (RFTs) and contract documentation
- Lead supplier negotiations and coordinate supplier evaluations
- Analyse procurement data to identify savings and strategic souring opportunities
- Maintain accurate supplier and pricing data in the ERP system (SAP desirable)
- Support internal stakeholders through the tender and contract review process
- Drive best practice governance across supplier management
- Support group-wide procurement initiatives with VRL procurement

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in procurement administration and contract management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- ERP system experience - SAP highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work to deadlines
