Procurement Officer
- Keep production moving. Every order, every time.
- Be the link between suppliers and the factory floor.
- Join a business that's scaling fast. And build your career with it.
Interpod is reshaping modular construction across Australia. They're growing quickly, and they need a Procurement Officer who thrives on detail, process, and keeping things running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role that sits right at the heart of operations. You'll be the one who makes sure materials arrive when they should, suppliers deliver what they've promised, and the factory floor never stops for want of the right parts.
Because procurement here isn't about pushing paper. It's about protecting the production plan and making sure everything lines up. On time, every time.
The gig:
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll take ownership of purchasing and supplier coordination to keep Interpod's production on track.
Your role will include:
- Raising and maintaining purchase orders and drawdowns in line with lead times, MOQs, and agreements
- Coordinating with suppliers to confirm dates, resolve shortages, and keep deliveries on schedule
- Ensuring orders align with the latest technical and quality specifications
- Maintaining accurate MRP and supplier data. Prices, lead times, and promised dates
- Working with the warehouse team to clear any receipt discrepancies quickly
Who we're looking for:
You've got at least a few years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role, and you're comfortable working with MRP systems. You're process-driven, detail-focused, and confident juggling multiple moving parts at once.
Strong admin skills and supplier relationship management come naturally to you. You're happy rolling up your sleeves and handling day-to-day tasks, but you also see how those tasks fit into the bigger production picture.
Your new employer:
Interpod is a national leader in modular manufacturing with a strong pipeline of projects and rapid growth ahead. They've increased production by 40% in just one quarter. And they're only getting started.
The team is practical, values-led, and focused on doing things the right way. At Interpod, you'll have the chance to grow your career with a business that's scaling fast and investing in its people.
