**Now, a bit about the role**:
This role is part of the Property Development & Acquisition (PDA) team that is responsible for purchase, construction and the end-to-end delivery of the lottery’s property and prize schedule.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the property acquisitions & constructions from an administrative perspective including updating systems, reviewing contracts and some accounts payable. It can also include booking contractors for renovations & maintenance when required, liaising with all members in the PDA team and ensuring the small details for our prize homes are complete for handover to our winners. The role will be a direct contact between Dream Home Art Union and the winner of Art Union prizes.

This role is based at our Anzac House office in Fortitude Valley a minimum of 2 days a week, but some travel may be necessary intrastate, so an open driver’s license is mandatory. Own vehicle not necessary.

**What’s required to succeed**:
Bringing Australia's largest Art Union to life is no mean feat - its a fast paced, dynamic environment, supported by a team with a huge amount of heart. This is a role would suit a strong administrator who enjoys process driven work, ideally from a real estate/property development background.
- 2 years administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administration ability, including creation and maintenance of electronic filing systems
- Proven ability to positively coordinate multiple concurrent activities between suppliers, business units and other stakeholders, on time and to a high quality
- Keen interest in property and the real estate market
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated organisation and coordination skills.
- Regular requirements to attend meetings and site visits with supplier network in all prize home locations.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of internal team members and external service providers.
- Mature self-started with proven problem-solving capabilities.
- A positive, can-do approach under pressure.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Occasional out of hours work may be required on evenings or weekends to attend property handovers.
- Must have current Australian driver’s licence.
