**Talent International** is currently recruiting for a **Receptionist **to work for a** NSW Government **based in **St Leonards. **The position is **6-month contract role with the possibility of extension** and are paying **between $30-35 p/h plus super.**

8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.

The primary purpose of the Lobby Concierge is to provide highly efficient and effective reception and client support services to all Health agencies at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards. Lobby Concierge are responsible for the welcoming and registering of all staff, visitors and guests at 1 Reserve Road. Concierge will also provide switchboard support and provide guest services, including storage or delivery of guest luggage, administrative support, directions, building information and local area information.

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated ability in providing high level customer service.
- Experience in managing a reception desk for a large, complex organisation.
- Advanced computer and keyboard skills including proficiency in Microsoft computer software packages including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge and use of multifaceted telephony system.
- Ability to work effectively with other staff in a team environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written and ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage workload and to work independently with mínimal supervision.
