**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and maintaining connections. You will have opportunity to support operations and delivery of initiatives for the STEM Alumni and Stakeholder engagement program (defined as alumni, current and prospective donors). This role will interact broadly with Advancement colleagues, University leadership, Faculty executives, alumni, donors and volunteer leaders in industry and community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support the development and delivery of STEM cluster-based alumni and stakeholder relations programming, drawing on Advancement and other functional shared services.
- Support the operations of the STEM Cluster including contributing to reporting requirements, budgeting, and data maintenance.
- On behalf of STEM ASR undertake event planning, including all project documentation, budgets, sourcing and managing suppliers, provide briefings, and drafting post event reports and evaluation, along with ensuring correct University protocol is followed at all times.
- Work with STEM ASR in facilitating/monitoring University and advancement shared services

**Who we are looking for**
We’re looking for people who can build and maintain stakeholder relationships and who have high-level organisational and project coordination skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and within strict deadlines and budgets. You should be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment, with the ability to work autonomously with considerable independence.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications and experience in a role with alumni or donor relations, or project coordination, events or administration OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training as per the current Enterprise Agreement classifications.
- Demonstrable organisational and project coordination skills, with evidence of capabilities working in a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver projects within time and budget while prioritising between competing deadlines and assignments.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering engagement activities to achieve strategic goals and objectives in a collaborative manner across a large organisation.
