Our team at the **Queensland Children’s Hospital** are looking for a **Patient Services Coordinator** to join their Patient Services team. You’ll work closely with the Patient Services Manager to provide support and coordinate patient services activities at the hospital. As a varied role, you’ll support our leaders and front-line staff across the Theatre, Patient Support Assistant and Cleaning Departments.

**Your day-to-day duties might include**:

- Coordinate and assist with operational needs including, publishing rosters, reviewing and approving pay and coordinating training
- Maintain and monitor equipment and stock levels
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Conduct regular audits and ordering of equipment
- This is a full-time, salaried position working predominantly across a Monday-Friday. You may, on occasion, be required to work outside of these days to meet the business needs._

**About you**:

- Previous leadership experience, ideally within a cleaning, orderly or theatre role
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, providing support to a variety of leaders
- Great time management skills, you’re able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Willing to obtain a National Police Check Clearance, Working with Children Check (Bluecard) and provide evidence of immunity against a variety of vaccine preventable diseases
- Experience working within a hospital setting is highly regarded but not essential._
