We are looking for an Education and Migration Counsellor to join our dynamic team in Parramatta

**About your new Organisation**

It is an innovative and endlessly engaging Migration and Law firm. We have vast experience in Australian Education,migration and legal regulations.

**Duties**:

- Build and manage clients
- Guiding international students in their admission support in universities, and Colleges
- To provide an exceptional level of service to prospective clients
- Assist clients in understanding our services and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and achieving high client satisfaction levels.
- To proactively convert enquiries into sales
- To proactively identify barriers to sale and work with your Manager to increase conversions
- To complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Meet and exceed set targets
- Assist clients of for visa inquiries.
- Build up a referral network
- Continuously update your knowledge base through self-learning by employing research skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills.
- Coordinating with other consultants, team leaders, operations Managers to execute the processes and sales pipelines seamlessly
- Manage the compliance requirements as per the applicable inhouse system
- General office administration duties

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
