**About the Role**:
The primary purpose of the Education Counsellor/Admin position is to provide comprehensive educational guidance to students, assisting them in making well-informed decisions about their academic pursuits, career goals, and personal development. The role involves facilitating effective communication between students, parents, and educational institutions, ensuring a smooth and informed transition through the academic journey.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Conduct individual counseling sessions with students to understand their strengths, interests, and aspirations.

Provide personalized academic and career advice based on students' profiles and goals.

Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations on various academic and career-related topics.

Maintain accurate records of students' progress, achievements, and counseling sessions.

Collaborate with educational institutions to stay updated on program offerings and admission requirements.

Address concerns and queries from students and parents, offering solutions and guidance.

Stay informed about industry trends, labor market demands, and educational advancements.

**Skills & Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to actively listen and understand students' needs.

Knowledge of various educational pathways, career options, and admission processes.

Organizational skills to manage multiple students' profiles and deadlines efficiently.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools for maintaining records and conducting research.

Previous experience in education counseling, student services, or a related field is preferred.
