We currently have an exciting opportunity for experienced Education counsellor based in Sydney (Parramatta & Toongabbie)

Based in our vibrant Parramatta & Toongabbie office, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding international students toward the right academic and career pathways in Australia. **Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed consultations with students to assess their academic background and career goals
- Provide accurate advice on course options, education providers, and study pathways across Australia, must have product knowlege
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM and ensure all documentation is compliant with education regulations
- Stay updated with changes in course offerings, visa policies, and provider partnerships
- Support students with information on PR pathways through strategic course planning
- Participate in education fairs, open days, and public information sessions
- Promote Success Visa’s services through community engagement and word-of-mouth referrals
- Ensure professional and ethical counselling practices in line with industry standards
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to achieve enrolment targets.

**What You’ll Need**
- Minimum 1 year - 2 years of experience as an Education Counsellor (preferred)
- Solid understanding of the Australian education system and visa processes
- Familiarity with PRISMS, CRICOS, and education compliance
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong ability to manage multiple student cases independently
- Passion for helping students succeed and providing honest advice
- Fluency in Hindi language (must)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
