We are now seeking a passionate and results-driven Education Counsellor to join our expanding Sydney team and contribute to our mission of guiding international students toward success.

What You'll Do

  • Provide personalised counselling to prospective and current students regarding study options, career pathways, and academic planning.
  • Assist students with applications for ELICOS, VET, colleges, and universities.
  • Support students throughout the full admissions process, including documentation preparation, Genuine Student (GS) statement writing, offer letters, and CoE issuance.
  • Stay informed about admission requirements, visa regulations, and institutional updates to deliver accurate and current advice.
  • Liaise with partner institutions to follow up on and track application progress.
  • Build trust with students through respectful, motivating, and supportive engagement.
  • Take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and communicate clearly with students at every stage.
  • Maintain accurate student records in the company's CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in international education counselling (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian education system, Subclass 500 student visa, and enrolment processes.
  • Strong background in sales and customer service, with proven ability to build lasting student relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, education, or business (preferred).
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude.
  • Students are encouraged to apply for part-time positions.
