**About The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator, in this role you will report to the Project or Operations Manager with a key focus in compiling project budgets, cost control, forecasting, progress claims both lump sum and cost reimbursable and financial reporting.

Specific tasks and responsibilities:
Will include preparation and management of progress claims, cost forecasting, monthly reporting, subcontracts, change management, client liaising and reporting, of all aspects of successfully won projects.

**You will have**:

- At least 3 years contracts administration experience in a building industry with site experience,
- Significant customer and Supplier relationship management experience.
- Strong time management and organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to produce, disseminate and understand information in project environment.
- Strong Negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills are desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organisation.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, and Project is critical.
- Previous budget management and process auditing experience is highly regarded.
- Provide quality timely analytical information to senior management using variance analysis, cost models and research to assist decision making and forecasts.
- Issue project change orders / variations in accordance with Sun Engineering’s policies.
- Provide fortnightly and monthly Cost / Actuals Reporting
- Provide basic Admin tasks i.e. timesheet submission.
- Available for project work
- Must be willing to travel o/s if required. Previous Project work an advantage but not essential
