Commercial Contracts Advisor

Work – Using your highly developed contract management skillset, you will prepare standard form supply and transportation contracts, negotiation of any departures and ensure that contracts are managed through to execution and administered post execution. You will support the negotiation of commercial contracts and ensure new commercial arrangements are consistent with Sunwater's commercial principles.
In addition, you will:
- Negotiate customer lead transactions such as on-supplies, assignments and novations
- Ensure the contractual obligations of Sunwater are efficiently and accurately recorded, maintained and managed
- Provide advice and insights on Sunwater's contracts and customers to enable efficient and effective commercial decision making and customer service
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Advisor with a proven track record in contract management with strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. You will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end contract lifecycle including contract policies, procedures, standard terms and contract templates including compliance obligations.
In addition, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline—such as business, economics, commerce, law, business management or related discipline —or equivalent professional experience.
- Well developed experience in a similar role
- Strong relationship building skills with people with a variety of backgrounds
