**About the Role**

As the Commercial Contracts Specialist reporting direct to the CFO, you will assist the industrial services division in drafting, reviewing and advising on a range of commercial contracts, proposals, RFP’s/RFQ’s and procurement contracts.

In addition, the commercial contracts specialist will be responsible for;
- Supporting customer, supplier, and other commercial negotiations
- Supporting the divisions business insurance renewal processes
- Compilation of RFP’s/RFQ’s and proposal responses and being the point of contact for preparation of submissions.
- Support internal stakeholders by advising on and interpreting contract requirements, obligations, and risks.

**To be eligible for the role**:

- Bachelors degree in commercial law or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a multi-national organisation, with solid commercial contracts drafting and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders across business functions
- Pro-Active, self-directed and outcome driven
