We are looking for Digitisations Assistants for both morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
- Morning shift: 7am to 3pm
- Afternoon shift: 3pm to 11pm (shift loading applies)

**What’s a Digitisation Assistant?**

Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMG's success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers. Based in Aspley, our team are part of National Digitisation who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and state-wide clients.

You will:

- Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems are always maintained in accordance with instructions
- Prepare documents for scanning
- Use Microsoft Office to enter data
- Pick and pack as required related to digitisation tasks
- Perform high speed scanning of records
- Manage post-processing of scanned images
- Perform quality assurance
