**Membership Advisor (Sales) - part time**

Hourly rate + commission, 10+ hours pw

**Introduction**

Pilates360 operates small-group Pilates studios located in Neutral Bay and St Leonards. The owners both work actively in the business and this role involves regular interaction with them.

**The Role**

We are seeking an energetic Membership Sales person to work with us part time (initially 10 hours pw) in a stable, long-term position. The role will suit an experienced Pilates teacher or regular practitioner.

This role involves guiding new clients through our onboarding process to becoming an ongoing member of the studio. We have a fully documented process for this activity.

**This role includes**:

- undertaking Discovery Consultations, which are the key element of our onboarding process (usually by Google Meet, occasionally face to face)
- ensuring new leads and prospective members have the best possible introduction to Pilates360.
- contributing actively to ongoing development of the sales process
- outbound calls as required (e.g. for referrals)
- active use of our software platforms as integral elements of this process
- participating actively in sales training and personal development opportunities provided by Pilates360
- regular reporting to the owners on sales activity and outcomes

The successful applicant will receive training on the sales process (including the Discovery Consultation). A sound knowledge and understanding of pilates (either as an experienced teacher or practitioner) is essential.

This is an ongoing and regular employment role for approximately 10 hours per week, most of which can be undertaken remotely. Working hours will be agreed but can be flexible.

It will be necessary initially (and periodically ongoing) to attend the studios regularly for training and to get to know the owners and the business. You will need your own computer, mobile and a quiet location to work.

This Member Advisor role will be judged by achievement of agreed metrics and KPIs plus general contribution to new sales/memberships and overall revenue.

Remuneration comprises an hourly rate plus commission. You are welcome to attend classes on a standby basis at no cost.

**Skills & experience**
- you are self-motivated with the ability to reliably work unsupervised
- demonstrated successful experience in sales, ideally in a fitness/exercise environment or other consumer services
- excellent communicator with both new clients and the owners
- strong written and verbal English language skills
- you will take initiative and be creative, but also know when to consult
- sound technology skills - experience with Wellness Living and HubSpot are ideal, but definitely an ability to quickly learn those platforms
- common sense and high integrity
- detailed knowledge of Pilates (ideally as a teacher, otherwise as a regular practitoner)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
