With a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and employer of choice, this firm partners with small to medium businesses to provide tailored solutions that support growth, wealth creation and long-term success.
They are now seeking a Senior Accountant for their Toowoomba office. In this role, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns, deliver tax planning strategies and play a key role in advisory projects. You will also provide guidance to junior accountants and contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and client outcomes.
To be successful, you will have at least 5+ years' experience in Australian public practice, hold a Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) and be CA/CPA qualified. A strong technical foundation, proven leadership or mentoring experience and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems and a proactive, client-first approach will set you apart.
