As a Customer Service Officer, you will partner with Services Australia to assist everyday Australians through essential payments and services. From welfare support to Medicare services and help during emergencies, Services Australia ensures Aussies get the assistance they need in various situations, like unemployment, illness, and retirement.

**What you need to know about your new role**
- Represent Services Australia within our Tier 1 Digital Support team
- Full-Time paid comprehensive training in a supportive environment
- Utilize self-service portals adeptly to assist customers in finding the information they need.
- Forge authentic connections with each interaction, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
- Tackle challenges with creativity and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- Show empathy and support, particularly for our most vulnerable customers, making a meaningful impact in their lives.
- Deliver exceptional care and service in every interaction, leaving customers satisfied and smiling.
