Our client is continuing to grow and looking for Customer Service Agents to join their great team leading into their peak period and beyond. They are looking for people who have the right attitude, can build trust and potentially develop into bigger and better things.

Our client is continuing to grow and looking for Customer Service Agents to join their great team leading into their peak period and beyond. They are looking for people who have the right attitude, can build trust and potentially develop into bigger and better things.

**This opportunity involves but are not limited to the duties below**:

- Data entry (computer based)
- Providing an amazing customer service experience - answering phone calls, attending to customers at the front counter and liaising with couriers
- Working in the warehouse with inbound and outbound parcels
- general housekeeping duties when required

**To be successful in a role with Programmed you must possess the following**:

- Current C Class Driver's License
- Experience in an administrative or clerical environment
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen
- Rights to work in Australia
- Great punctuality and time management
- Have flexibility with working hours across a 7-day rotating roster across days, afternoon and night shift
