**Summary of Position Purpose**

The main purpose of this role is to manage the installation and maintenance scheduling for Seeing

Machines customers by utilizing staff and installation partners

**Key Responsibilities of the role**
- Managing customer installations and maintenance jobs.
- Raising purchase orders for install partners.
- Analyze installer invoices for mistakes/discrepancies.
- Process invoices against returned Job Cards.
- Build relationships with customer and installation partners.
- Liaise with Seeing Machines teams as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure optimization of jobs to ensure installers are utilized best for customer outcomes.
- Manage EDR requests from customers.
- Work with other team members to support customer Warranty and RMA processing.
- Manage the lifecycle of installations and maintenance jobs to ensure customer

expectations are exceeded.
- Manage customer expectations with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Liaise with Installers to attend customer sites for work
