**About the Role**

As the Project Scheduler, you will primarily provide the scheduling and controls support to infrastructure delivery program. This role will also cover the cost control and project support of various projects within infrastructure program delivery.

You will be accountable for:

- Develop, integrate, maintain, update, and control the project schedule as per the guidelines and best practices.
- Review the contractor’s schedules and progress updates, analyse the delays, and report the schedule related issues.
- Work with project managers and Project Services lead for time impact analysis of EOT’s and revise the baseline plans accordingly.
- Establish standardized methods, tools, and techniques to ensure that the projects and programs are able to provide schedules, resources and dependency data in a consistent and efficient manner.
- Provide an integrated resource modelling, forecasting, and planning for projects throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Attend the project meetings, prepare weekly and monthly reports of the projects. Provide inputs to the overall integrated program reports.
- Update and maintain the risk register for the projects. Work with internal and external teams to update the risk actions.

Education, Qualifications and Licenses:

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, and or Project Management.
- Professional certifications such as PMI-SP, AIPM or AACE PSP etc are nice to have

Special Role Requirements:

- Computer skills to include MS Word and advanced Excel
- Advanced MS Project skills. SAP and Primavera P6 are mandatory.

Skills and Expertise
- Experience across 5 years of Project scheduling experience in delivery of major projects
- Expert level competency of using scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 (mandatory), and MS Projects (Mandatory.)
- Good proficiency in using Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and risk analysis tools is advantageous.
- Proven communication skills, experience in external and internal stakeholder management.
- Sound understanding of project management practices.
