We are working exclusively on a 6 month contract for a Helpdesk Support officer providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT Support in the manufacturing industry. Working onsite at their Boondall office you will be tasked with the role of commissioning equipment, hardware builds, helpdesk support, password resets, creating new users, hardware troubleshooting including printers and scanners and fault finding. Working as part of a friendly IT team, this is a great opportunity.

Experience and Skills Required:

- 12 months IT experience
- IT Qualification is viewed favourably, however not mandatory
- Understanding of computer hardware and equipment
- Experience with Active Directory, full MS Suite, Windows 10, Office 365
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues in a friendly manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
