**The Role**

As a Technical Support Team Member, you will be assisting our Pentanet customers with any technical issues and any general service enquiries. You will be working in a close-knit team of 10 other technical support team members. This position has potential for growth, casual hours will vary from 15-25+ to accommodate training during the first month. This role has the potential to move to permanent following a successful probation.

**Day-to-day duties of this role include**:

- Liaising with customers in a calm and professional manner over various mediums, including telephone, live chat, and support tickets.
- Diagnosing and resolving network and equipment faults.
- Participating in collaborative fault finding and resolutions as required.
- Creating and maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interactions.
- Escalation of faults internally (to other teams) and externally (to wholesalers) as required.
- Provides support to organisation staff, end-users and other 3rd parties when required or directed.
- Provide on-site customer support as required.

**What we are looking for**
- Someone who is passionate about technology and is keen to learn.
- Technical IT experience or exposure to the telecommunications industry.
- Good time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- An autonomous self-starter with the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experiencing working with VoIP systems.
- Previous experience working within an MSP.
- Customer service and/or related industry experience.
- Car driver's licence (C class).
- Flexibility with working hours (out-of-office hours, weekend and public holiday availability required).
