TEN Recruitment has a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Team Leader to join a well established residential construction company in the Western Suburbs. The position is responsible for managing 2 staff members for all end to end accounts payable processing along with other accounting related tasks.

The company are an established and successful residential construction company deliver a wide range of high end residential homes.

This is a full time permanent role based in the Perth office.

Your teams responsibilities would include:

- coding and reconciling supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies
- purchase orders
- payment runs and remittances
- reimbursing expenses
- debtor invoice
- reconciliations (bank, credit card)
- other ad hoc accounting tasks as required

You will have:

- At least 3 years Accounts Payable experience ideally working for a construction company.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage own time well
