**About the Role**

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Greet and welcome customers, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain well-presented floor and display stock
- Assist with Sales Consultant Diary management (allocation of leads and working with Sales Consultants to ensure follow up takes place)
- Administration support to the sales team
- Identify and deliver to customers initial needs.

**To be successful, you will need to fulfil the following requirements.**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
