Position: Full-Time Concierge/Security Guard

Location: CBD

Hours: Monday–Friday, 06:30–18:30

Start Date: 1st Dec (TBC)

We are seeking a professional and reliable Concierge-Security Guard to join our team in a premium CBD location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, maintaining a strong security presence, and representing a high-standard corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities    
•    Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all visitors and tenants

•    Monitor and maintain building security and access control

•    Respond to enquiries and assist with general concierge duties

•    Conduct routine patrols and report any security or safety concerns

•    Maintain clear and accurate incident reports

Requirements

•Valid Security License 

•    Strong presentation and professional demeanour

•    Excellent spoken and written English

•    Exceptional communication and customer service skills

•    Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail

•    Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
