**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reception and Administration Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will be the first point of contact for clients, community members, and service providers, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the moment they engage with our centre.

In this role, you will uphold MGCCI’s commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, fostering a positive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported. Your contributions will be instrumental in creating meaningful connections and ensuring the smooth operation of our centre’s vital services.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all clients, visitors, and service providers, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary documentation to support the centre's activities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft Office Suite, Alayacare, and other relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the Neighbourhood Centre Coordinator and other team members as needed.
- Assist with the distribution of emergency relief, such as food parcels and financial aid, in accordance with centre policies.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of special projects, community events, and social groups to enhance engagement and inclusion.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for better service delivery.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in reception, customer service and administration roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A professional and positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in community services or not-for-profit organisations is highly regarded.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
