**What is the role?**

As a Project Coordinator, your excellent communication skills and exceptional administrative and organisational skills will be a perfect fit to support the Business Solutions Projects and Development Teams to deliver projects and initiatives efficiently, on time, within scope and in budget. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities, stakeholder management and project reporting, while providing outstanding customer service.
Reporting to the Head of Business Solutions, this position will deliver outcomes that align with our Digital Technology Roadmap and contribute to strategic organisational objectives and operational plans.
**What are the role responsibilities?**
- Support the Business Solutions Team in the preparation of project management deliverables such as coordinating project controls and governance meetings, project management plans, risk logs etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships, collaboration, and clear and open communication with leaders and stakeholders
- Draft project documentation, track project plans and project reporting support the project coordination activities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all customers
**What you will bring to the role?**
- At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative or similar role
- Exceptionally organised with strong time management, administration, and advanced computer skills with a passion for delivering exceptional services
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, and can build and maintain professional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently. Previous project experience or qualifications not essential but advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team and express ideas openly and confidently
- Ability to take initiative and be solutions focused
- Strong written communication skill and presentation skills
- Experience within the aged care or similar health industry is preferred (not essential).

Southern Cross Care Queensland (SCCQ) is a Catholic not-for-profit organisation established by the Knights of the Southern Cross, more than 40 years ago. They saw a need to provide compassionate care and inclusive service to some of the most vulnerable, the ageing population, in the community.
Since then, SCCQ has grown to employ over 1000 staff caring for and supporting more than 2000 people across 13 residential aged care homes, 5 retirement villages, 28 social houses, the National Disability and Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and home care services in metropolitan and rural Queensland.
