Viatris is expanding We're looking for an experienced recruiter to help fill our newly created positions. Join our small yet fun HR team supporting over 600 local staff.

This is a temporary, 6 month employment opportunity through Evolve Scientific Recruitment, working Monday - Wednesday (22.8 hours).

Main Responsibilities:
- Write and post job advertisements onlineLiaise with our employment agency- Arrange interviews, either onsite or online via Microsoft Teams- Arrange pre-employment testing, including psychometric testing, medical checks and criminal history checks- Prepare employment contracts for the hiring manager to review and sign- Assist with administrative tasks around onboarding new employees- Use Workday Recruiter for all facets of the recruitment function (full training will be provided)

Key Qualities and Previous Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or internal)- Demonstrated understanding of, and ability to interpret Modern Awards- Confident and experienced in high-volume recruitment- Proven stakeholder management skills across various departments/specialties- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines- Full Australian working rights- Appreciation for confidentiality and a high level of discretion- Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel (essential)- Experience in Workday Recruiter (preferred)- Communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives
