**About the Role**:
**In this role, your responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating closely with site leadership and HR teams to ensure a successful employee onboarding experience
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to streamline processes and meet sponsorship obligations efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with immigration processes, procedures, audits, and reporting requirements

**About You**:

- Experience within mobility and international recruitment
- Experience working as a migration agent would be advantageous.
- Experience within the meat industry
- Proficient coordination and administrative skills, preferably within recruitment
- Familiarity or a keen interest in working with Australian immigration/visas.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in developing reports and mapping process flows.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively.
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
