**About the Role**:
A fantastic opportunity currently exists for an experienced individual with enthusiasm, drive and commitment to join the Dinmore HR team in the role of Recruitment Officer.

The Recruitment Officer’s key objective is to deliver all components of the recruitment process successfully for the plant. This will be achieved through the development of local recruitment plans, using new and traditional sourcing strategies, as well as building relationships with the local community groups, Schools and TAFE.

**Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Develop and execute recruitment plans by working closely with hiring managers and site HR.
- Manage end to end recruitment for all site processing and support roles.
- Build relationships with local council and community groups to build engagement and improve local recruitment opportunities.
- Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
- Give presentations at schools and increase school awareness of the company before and after career fairs.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar high-volume recruitment role both blue
- and white-collar workforces.
- Demonstrated computer literacy in excel, word and outlook.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to be collaborative and build relationships with various departments.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills.
