**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

Be responsible to provide coordination and strategic support to our project teams to ensure the efficient and effective management of our projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinating logistics activities and equipping supplement for the projects, including scheduling, routing, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Oversee and coordinate a team of staff members for each project and determine their tasks ensuring optimal productivity within department.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare time and budget plan for each project and actively works towards optimizing operational costs and ensure successful project completion.
- Ensuring every vehicle in each project meets quality & safety standards as well as minimizing any downtime with vehicle repairs and service by overseeing the maintenance of our fleet.
- Projects risk analysis and recommending solutions to director on how to reduce the chance of unpredicted problems in future.
- Monitoring the progress in project implementation, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring the project stays on track to meet its goals.
- Prepare periodic reports on the progress of the project to director.
- Work towards optimizing operational costs related to the fleet and implementing cost-effective strategies without compromising efficiency.
- Hold meetings to review the status of projects, address concerns and respond to others inquiries.
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant local and federal regulations, maintaining a high level of compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma with 2 years of relevant full-time experience, or 3 years full-time relevant experience in lieu of Qualifications.

- Attention to detail to monitor and control project variables
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget
- Ability to motivate a team and make sound decisions
- Motivated to achieve targets and foster a good team environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
