WE are looking for a special kind of Project Coordinator.  This role will play a key role in driving the project's success through effective planning, coordination, and financial oversight.

You will be working closely with the Project Managers across various projects and will be instrumental in ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

  • Support the Project Managers in delivering assigned projects to scope, time, and budget.
  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling activities.
  • Manage financial outcomes, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Organise and coordinate Projects Meeting Minute taking, project meeting Action Registers, Risk Registers, and Safety Reporting.
  • Coordinate staff and subcontractors to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Raise and expedite procurement orders, manage variations and invoices.
  • Oversee communications, safety protocols, and risk management strategies.
  • Maintain quality control and compliance throughout project delivery.
  • Attend site regularly during construction to understand the end-to-end cycle of Project Management.

Be part of the solution

  • Previous Project Coordinator/Admin experience preferred as well as relevant understanding of PMBOK.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with high levels of organisation, self-motivation, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comprehension of financial risk and project costings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of managing competing priorities while ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
